If you've listened to Episode 3, you know that I by no means have the art of finding a good doctor perfected. All I can do is show my work, hope you learn from my mistakes, and pray you read the resources I've listed. Yes, even the books, which are less overwhelming if you take them one chapter at a time. There are tons of books out there on bipolar disorder. Resist the urge to find and buy them all at once. This is suboptimal. I speak from experience.
